I paid $7 for my haircut in one of those places on Pell Street near the Post Office every time I go to Chinatown. I also spurge to get a wash for $3 more. Those barbers always do a darn good job for what is left of my head :) As result, the true cost is $20 after I tip them double the list price. The best deal in this crazy world/

Not sure if I know "blade shave" is... however, they are skilled in using those old fashion blade for shaving facial hairs (extra cost). They also used that for the tiny hair near back of the neck as the final step of my haircut. I would imagine that they are skilled in doing that for the head but I don't know if they charge extra. It is a great deal even if they double the price on you. Hope that I answered your questions - those guys are great!

I meant when they take the shaving cream and shave your face and head. I can’t think of what it’s called.
