I guess I'm always surprised at how good their memory is. Like I'm just imagining how they can even really remember who they've seen before to green-light based off of book screening info/maybe some old ID pic.

Totally understand the stress from overworking and time to take off. The only gripe I have is with the agency taking appointments well in advance and then canceling them on the day of the appt to give the slot to those who got canceled last weekend.

If a monger ever canceled last minute he would get black listed, or at least be given a hard time by the agency. Ive been canceled by other agencies but never last minute or at 5 am! Sometimes girls get sick or need personal time off. Thats understandable.
