I think pics are 2 different girls.
Bottom 2 pics show the Nicole I saw here maybe a year ago.

They seem pretty similar to me. But pictures are funny. All 4 were pulled from waybackmachine...but now that you mention it, they may have been from a few months apart. Seems unlikely, but I guess its possible they had 2 different but similar Nicoles in the first half of 2017.
