Lol I just came back from GDS. IT was packed. I made an appointment via text for any attendant. Showed up on time but mms made me wait in that small closet with cleaning supplies. Saw dudes going in and out of the TS room. Walked out after 5 minutes. My time is valuable.

Why do you its difficult to get an appointment at GDS, and no guarantee that appointment will even be honored, vs being able to walk into Dream Spa pretty much any time of day, and not having any wait at all these days?
