I've been interested in a simple R&T too for a change of pace but haven't rolled the dice yet. I did some Google Map research and saw the parking was just like you described in terms of sharing the lot with a grocery store. Probably fine, but just annoying with all the foot traffic. Assume the damage was usual? .6/.4?

That's correct, sorry for forgetting to mention that.

The location leaves a lot to be desired imo. The spa is located in the same building as a grocery store and there was a lot of activity in the busy parking lot when I went. Many people just sitting in their cars and waiting.

I don't think most shoppers realize there's a spa upstairs as there's no sign (or at least it's inconspicuous). I kind of like it. I take the stairs up/down. There are also other offices upstairs so you get the benefit of the doubt in any case.

so if there anyone has recommendations for nearby parking I would appreciate the help. Otherwise I probably wouldn't make a repeat visit based on the parking situation alone.

You can park on the other side of the bigger building and walk through its front balcony or the sidewalk. The bigger building has a number of stores and a restaurant.
