I don't ever recall Lucy allowing OTC.

@ wxl - I used to be a regular in the past, going at least once a month. YMMV here. I had one girl who allowed UTC roaming. She was the best massage, quite young looking (mid 30's) and one of my ATF. I forgot what her name was, Lily or Lisa, I only remembered it started with an L. And some other girls wouldn't even let me touch.

@ Yougen - That's how much she charged me. Maybe I got overcharged? I leave my wallet in the car and only bring in exact amount, plus extra $20-$30 for tip in case they let me pop twice. Which only happened once with one girl who worked me quite well in the TS. Or maybe she charged me more thinking I'm going to stiff her on the tip so added the tip upfront?

Massage wise, Lucy is still one of the best but like what Wxl said, she puts her leg up on the table in a defensive position during the HE. Lisa is much better in the HE department with a very nice top but unfortunately she's been gone a while and not coming back.
