been to a few therapeutic massage places and not one has ever offered to let me jerk-off. Seems to me that if the massage parlor is ok watching a client off himself they are really not an above board place.

You say its unacceptable for the provider to say that to you? Its arguably even more unacceptable to ask for it especially if it's not a place that offers that.
