Did you see/hear a second therapist or did it seem like Lily was the only one there? A couple times I went there was only one therapist there but the last time I went (a couple months ago) there were two therapists there (neither of them were named Lily).

Yes, there was another who seemed in charge but not the typical mamasan looking type. I think i had her last time but did not get her name. Both were good for my type of interest as I'm not a fs seeker.
