Gia does look Filipina and its interesting because Judy, from Green Sakura, always told me Gia (who worked at Green Sakura off and on the last two years) was in fact Filipina. I never got a chance to ask her myself because I only met her once on the way out and she usually only worked late night weekends. Did she tell you she was Korean? Did you hear her speak Korean? She's a little on the portly side but cute enough.
Flower Spa is dated for sure. But, it has that nostalgic back in the day feel that I love. Especially when you have had a few drinks an you see that flashing neon open sign.
Gia at Ginza is a younger solid choice in the City by the Sea.
