It has definately gotten better post covid, I rember sophia pre covid HF was .60 and HE tip was like 80 new girl doesn't ask for anything on my post covid trip and I have her .60 as a tip and she just smiled and said I need to come back, it felt like she was new and excited about making tips, very enthusiastic and friendly, I haven't gone back in a while, since I found some FS places
