The way I read it, 3 different price levels, OP opted for the 1.4 price level. Paid up front. She also asked for a tip. OP said no. He paid but did not give a tip.

The fee is a set price. There is no house and then tip. It’s just one fee.

It’s confusing until you have done it a few times. Then it makes sense at it’s a lot easier than this tip routine that we have been accustomed to. It’s so much easier to walk into a nice home, put 1.2 on the table and not have to discuss tip or service level and have a full hour of bliss.

Depends on the house and service level. Most allow for one pop at the lower price point.

Sometimes the ad will say how much an hour will cost. Or say you get an hour and a specific level of service for a set price. If you want two pops, sometimes their is an up-charge for MSOG. Every Incall is different.
