Yea Chinatown went up. But havent heard mandatory tip. Also most places have been open for over 1 mo now in Queens as far as cdps go.

I can't share in your annoyance at their rates going up. These are mainly otb workers. I dont frequent these places way too seedy for me and most girls are jaded because of their high volume. Some over 30 guys a day.
