I hope that one of the viewers reading this will pass this info onto her next time they visit. Not the usual SOP here but I guess as OJ said " it happens"
As stated many times.. Usually it's the nice TS, with very through scrub with some prequel to the action later. Then off to the heated table with ~10min massage and then a nice slow very enjoyable event..
