They dont have the right contractor so the issue is they are dealing with the town. Which is most likely the cause of the delay. I spoke to her and offered to help but she said she has someone. Most likely asian doing it for nothing and doesn't understand the codes. I don't expect a shower there til after new yrs.

her contractor is different than the person who submitted the design. I understand issue was with the design which didn’t include the provision for disabled persons initially. now they are waiting for clearance. This is what I’m being told. I may be wrong .
