I have no idea really. But if I had to guess it was because she opened the door to see a goofy looking horny guy who wanted to hand her a ticket to pound town instead of two tickets to paradise.

My more serious guess is she is new to her job and still trying to find her her way. It is a hard job. Pun intended.
