sorry forgot to mention- iirc 1 hour was .5 and tip was .5

I set my own timer. That way they know I'm keeping track and they can't short me. I had one young lady set her timer but it was a little off when she said I had an hour and it was only 40. Never ued to have that problem before but noticing it more now.
