Same for me, but that’s just something the boss lady tells you when she already has another booking either before or after you.
I’ve been told a provider doesn’t do two hours when I wanted to book on a Tuesday, but then moved it to Wednesday and miraculously was able to be accommodated.

Yea I know, and unfortunately epm(at least for me) is infamous for that kinda stuff. I normally don’t book with them since I don’t go to the city anymore for work but I’ll have some time, I just booked with both Amanda and Stella, i guess it’s just as good, maybe even better!
