Also, might be kinda sketch/dangerous in terms of getting raided due to how many people there were... 4-6 cars in a dark/tiny back parking lot, and 3 people coming in when I was walking out.

Some orgs are very strict in privacy so they will only accept cash (like the first org i mentioned in the PD) and they make you park away from the area, etc etc. Noticed that some smaller c-orgs or individuals don't care as much. The bigger orgs you see here def do care though.
