There are quite a few spas that don’t want reviews. And, there are providers that don’t want reviews. Why? Aside from the obvious, they trust that their business will grow via word of mouth back channel. They don’t need or want the public attention from a mass marketing campaign via reviews. The environment has changed and continues to evolve.

The Vietnamese restaurant is next to a pizza shop. The gas station is down around the corner next to a bank.
