I was in the area for work yesterday around 2 pm. I pulled into the parking lot as the Chinese food place next door was getting a delivery. I figured I would wait a minute. I didn’t want to walk by them.
Then I basically witness a revolving door.
One guy went in, two minutes later one exited as another entered. I figured I would wait a few in my car. As I waited two more guys entered one left. And this continued. Nonstop they must have a few girls working there. I didn’t know any other place in the area, so I went home to do some more research.

I can name at least 5 to 10 places in the same area along the same strip that fit this description. All of them still open. And more opening everywhere in long island. As long as there are mongers they will thrive. Simple economics, supply and demand equals inflation
