First golden rule is NEVER mention any online reviews to providers. Nada. Zilch. It will not result in a favorable outcome for you. The reviews are merely for your informational purposes only to set expectations of what is possible. What she gives to one customer does not mean she gives to all customers. YMMV needs to be engrained in everyone's heads(the big one).
Yes that’s probably what happens you makes her uncomfortable whit your comment and she gets that attitude because I have seen her several times and she’s always happy and never have a problem ,because I know from the very first time this is a place “only for a good massage”and she is good at that so nex time you go back try not to push for any more and you be fine !
