When meeting a new girl I tell them the amount of tip depends on service. I don’t tip the same for each visit. I’ve tipped less than 1.0 when service is really bad. We agreed to 1.2 since she asked for 1.4. I told her that I would tip extra .2 if service is really good. In the amp world she has body that I would rate solid 8. To each their own and not knocking your logic, but as most would see it, if you make the standard for the "8" higher than normal for a better experience, that becomes the new standard expectation for the rest of us. Even the "4" or "5" will think they are worth the same and bring theirs up as well. That exceptional service will turn into greed and quick turnaround to see how many they can get in an out the door.
