Hornycnj..Thanks for TOFFT and letting us know....As much as I used to give the donation up front as well( lets them know what we're here for) What a huge disappointment when you don't get what you pay for.. Especially Singing Billy Joel kareoke, & no trips to the Y (you wish you can get a refund.LOL) . No more tip upfront anymore for me, I love it when they don't ask , and when they do I just say don't worry I'll take care of you. If they persist I just name standard amount and tell them if you do a good job you'll get more....Also I had one new young girl elsewhere who MMS recommended, pretty but chunky, Did a horrible job on the Kareoke, i just couldn't finish. Told her to send MMS in and MMS finished the job and gave tip money to her...BTW, she no longer works there. MMS bounces them based on our reviews
