Too many in the past have complained about "magical sore throats" a day after visiting. Stay safe and healthy!
This isn't specific to Dream, just in general :)

Thanks for the info about the reused bedsheets. Total deal breaker. I just witnessed the same at another place. And yes, ended up with a sore throat.

Those sore throats are probably from other holes, than the holes in the table and the towel. :ROFLMAO:

I'm starting to notice some places are now putting a covering over the table that has the texture of the fabric softener sheets that you throw in the dryer. Seems pretty porous. I question how sanitary they are. I always shower before and after, even though I shower at home before I head to the Spa. I usually just spread my towel out over the table as an added precaution.

I was at 202/206 both yesterday and today. Both sessions after we were done, I did see Cherri take the top sheet with the hole in it for your face, and ball it up and bring it downstairs with her. So I'm comfortable that they are using fresh sheets there.

Yes, 202/206 does change the sheet. I've wondered about those disposable sheets as well. I wish they would keep lysol spray in the room for face opening. I usually add paper towels over whatever is there.

yep Dream definitely is slacking on the bedsheet. Most girls will actually put a new towel down on the bed for you to lie on, and also a paper towel over the hole. Since they probably also find Dream's practice nasty. But...some don't...

Anyway, you can do it yourself:

1. always get a small towel from the rack for the TS room pillow, some girls will forget to do this for you.
2. put a new towel down on the bed, and lie on the towel. Dream's bed is uncomfortably hard too, knee get sore after a couple minutes, I usually try to do standing missionary/DS
3. put a paper towel over the hole for your face
4. the carpet is pretty nasty too, try not walk on it bare foot. Some girls don't care and will walk barefoot all over the place, so watch where her feet going to be and try not touch bottom of her feet.

The management at 202/206 is much better about this, I have watched the girl change out bedsheet after session.

Yes. I was at Dream with Kayla and watched her reposition the upper rh corner of the sheet. At first I thought she was taking it off, but I watched her simply reposition it on the table and smooth the sheet out for the next customer. The face towel was replaced. Can't say it was washed before reusing it, but it was replaced.
You would think with all the money they make they would be willing to run the washing machine 2 more times each day.
Bring your own sheet.
Bring your own towel.
Bring your own condom.
While you are at it bring your own girl.

Carry all that in my spa bag. One towel to dry off after shower and clean one to lay on table. Folded up bandana for face hope. Way too many skin issues over the years to take a chance. My own soap too. Never ever let them use the bar soap that was just up the last guys butt hole, or that damm filthy luffa.

Worst things I ever saw was years ago at a tug joint in Bristol pa was came in really hot American gal went to lay down there was mouse shot or rat shit on the towel . Real pretty girl came in then changed it were getting going and hear a screech and a snap and rat trap went off in closet. Runner up is China Accupressure rt 130 years ago table shower room mold smelled n like onions in there. Like wtf?

A spa bag? A true Boy Scout-- Be Prepared! Would be hard to explain to the SO if you're not a gym jock... ;-)

Just my same overnight bag when working out of town. Toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, comb, deodorant, all the fixings. Now the Korean translation book in the very bottom may take some explanation though.
