I stopped by there recently for the first time in a long time and had an enjoyable time. Honestly it wouldn’t be worth the review at this point because the provider I saw left just a few days later. I agree though, it always been hit or miss.

It really depends on the person most people really think that Cindy is the new Mickey but she doesn't even come close to a spinner normally I like my girls with nice boobs or some kind of extra assets

There are two issues here as I see it:
1. Many of the girls at Dover have come over from N.Y. City where they are used to bigger tips, and;
2. Some guys overpay for poor service and these girls are haggling for tips before the fun even starts. They then tell their co-workers about the size of the tip and "game on".
