I believe that does have air conditioning. The building set up would have it at the far end of the spa. It won't be blowing on your directly like those between room setups.

In case you don't know, Cindy is back at ABC and doesn't work on National anymore. She was replaced by an older and even shorter woman. This spot is now open until at least 3AM if you need a late night fix.
