I saw her a few days ago. My lower back and hips have been very sore. Something popped when she twisted me. It hurt a little, but I’ve felt a lot better the last few days. Ruby really knows her stuff. Definitely no “foo foo” here. Lol.

I love to heat up in a sauna before the massage. I can’t wait for the changes.
