shit this got me thinking about switching up from my confirmed appt to HERE! DAMN IT. The other place has an Asian massage girl I "never had" who is apparently like perfect so that would cross off 1 more off the list of " far east conquests" before I go all "I only want all tan asians for like a month". decisions.. decisions.

Gentlemen, all great feed back!
In regards to the cost, the going rate is generally $200/$210 and at that rate I’m sure you’ll have a fine session but don’t expect personal touches or many other options. Everybody has their budget and of course everyone wants a good session within their budget but in my opinion you also have to be realistic with what you can expect within your budget.
I’m not saying anything about anyone in particular who left a comment here but as a general comment I see too often on this board how someone goes to a place pays $170 and then bitch bitch bitch on the review how shitty their session was and didn’t get this and didn’t get that. . I think there’s a combination of things that make a good session great and 1st one being your cost of investment in the session. Also your attitude towards the provider makes a big difference as well in my opinion. I think sincerity goes along way rather than being pushy and demanding. Look, if you’ve being partaking in this hobby long enough, soon or later you’re going have shitty sessions at times even if you tip well. Yes, there are some providers that just provide shitty service and they’re out there. If you run into one, don’t see her again. There are other times when you see good reviews about a provider and then when you meet them, you feel you got less than PAR service. But keep this in mind they are people and perhaps she is having a shitty day or maybe you could be well kempt guy but you remind her of her Ex-Boyfriend/Ex-Husband who did her wrong that make the session subpar or shitty. Often times YMMV. The latter scenario happened to me about 8 years ago at a place called Bella Asian Spa in Philly. (This place has gone through many name changes since then but its 1041 now I think.) This venue was legendry and at the time and was THE spot to go. My frequent visits there were amazing with many of the providers. However, I get paired up with a provider (Her name was Denise) dam good looking and HW&Body were perfect but ended up having a bad session! Yea it sucked but took a loss and moved on. Anyways, I went back a week later looking for another provider but I ended getting paired up Denise again. When she walked in I did want to ask for another provider but she walked in, instantly recognized me, she began with an apology for the previous session. Her English was passable and she explained that I reminded her of her Ex. and she got emotionally upset and which led to a shitty session. Then she said this, if you want me to get another provider she would totally understand but if I gave her another try, she will make sure I never forget her! I started to crack up laughing and she followed up with this comment, “don’t laugh I’m being serious” I decided to give it another try and yes it turned out to be a dam good session. 3 things happened that night as I was about to leave, 1: she said if you come back to see me often, teach me English so we can have better conversations, as she gave me a warm smile. 2: I gave her 250 and it was worth every bit of it on the 2nd session but she gave it back to me and said this will be my way of letting you know I really meant I’m sorry for the last session. 3. We exchanged phone numbers so I can text her directly to set appts. My point, after 2nd session she become my ATF provider for about year and half until that placed closed for a while. Till this day we still talk/text. She’s a LA girl but when she visits NYC she lets me know. I don’t expect every bad session to turn out like this either but the point I’m making here is instead of focusing on the negative focus on the sessions that are nice. Yes doing some research from the reviews are good way to get an idea of what you can expect but you can’t always expect the same delivery, again the term YMMV applies.
In regards to me, I enjoy this hobby very much and my budget allows me to do so very often. I tend to think long term and not just within that one session. I look for venues that make me feel comfortable (ie Cleanness, place with some discretion and of course great providers…etc.) Anyways, once I find my Go-To spot I do not mind investing in my sessions by been a little more generous with tips to the providers. If I am going to go often, I want to providers to know I like to take care of them without being demanding. In the long run, this had certainly paid off and superseded the shitty sessions I may have run into here and there. Now when I go a place for the very 1st time I may invest 200/210 in the session to feel the place out and if I plan to return as of good result, I certainly bump it up with $$ to make sure all providers treat me well. A good session doesn’t always mean a big menu option either, it’s a combo of several things such as personality/attitude her looks, synergy between us and few other things. So I make the investment because if I commit to this, eventually I will get shit that would never be on the menu options with others.
Like Days Spa Plus for example went there last year for the 1st time on a random chance, I believe I started with 200. That very first session I really had a good time. Work got busy with traveling and I kind of lost sight of it and continue to my spots in Philly. Wanting some change with venues in the suburbs, recalled Day Spa +. So recently I started to go back and I invest about 240/250 per session not expecting over the top menu options. Clearly its already starting to pay off and am confident its only going to get better. Now as my relationship continues at this place and my perks continue to grow, I am unlikely to share those perks. I take my time to write a well-informed review for others to see so they can have a good session as too but the perks I receive not on menu options, I tend to keep for myself with providers I built a connection with. However, if I do get PM from someone and I see that they are well reviewed and they’ve seen a provider a few times I reviewed and perhaps they’re looking to take it to another level her I may share information with them if I can confirm a few stuff. Its nothing personal guys but I prefer to be cautious. So if you only have 2 or 3 review up and you PM me with shit load of questions, I’m unlikely to reply back. Again, nothing personal and I think my review will have enough content for you to decide if you want to see that provider…some shit you have to figure out on your own. I think that’s part of what makes this hobby fun as well! Another big reason I don’t share the perks is because I had this scenario happen to me. I saw this one provider often and I would say to everytime, your legs and feet are so hot. I would love to see you wear black stockings. After she comes back from vacation, she went out of her way to buy stockings so she can wear it during our session. Wrote a review about her hot legs/feet then got a PM from someone asking me if she wears stockings. I said yes but its not something she does ot for everyone probably only for her regulars. The person who PM me writes a review a week later and leaves a review full of bitch bitch and how the provider didn’t give him a foot job, no toe sucking and how she didn’t wear stockings for him. Especially after he only paid the basic entrance fee. I go to see her and I can tell she is not too happy with me. She tells me the only person I wore stockings for is you and another customer came in demanding the things I only did for you. He told Emo how disappointed he was with the provider tells Emo he is going to leave a shitty review. The provider ended up getting a bag shit for it. So I invest a lot of time building a connection and perks and I share that info with an asshole and fucks my shit up. Another reason is I might end getting close with the provider and just prefer not to share. I see other seasoned guys her who likes to over share here and stretch their egos, and if that’s their things then so be it but I tend to be cautious and keep things on the DL.
Let me just sum it up, if you a want great session invest in it. If you prefer a smaller budget its alright but be realistic with menu options and don’t bitch about the bad ones but look to seek and find the good ones. Reading reviews are good ways to see what can be expected but somethings have fun and explore yourself as well. Have good attitude towards to provider and it will pay off in the long run. I find more than often Korean spas are a lot better than Chinese ones. Personally I find Chinese places more like, pay…do your shit and get out.
Lastly, I didn’t write this to call anyone out nor is it about bragging about myself. Instead I wanted to share why I do what I do and how I manage to get great sessions most of the times and additional perks. I also hope this will answer some of the questions I got via PM. Also, if you found it to be helpful Great!...if it just humored you I’m glad to see it lighten your day but if you found it to be offensive it may just be a YOU problem, haha. Anyways enjoy your sessions!

BTW went back to Day Plus Spa to try out another provider, nice session and will put a review up shortly.

Bruh, when are you going to write the book on "Asian Massage parlors 101"? It'd be on my bestsellers list.

I like the long post @AsianJedi . You do bring up some universal truths here about connecting bc for real if you don’t know the person and she does umm “this work” then u best be nice and not smell and try to make her feel comfortable bc I mean shit yea you drop the money down but if she ain’t comfortable it’s gonna be crappy . I like how she genuinely appeared to want to make it up to you which is commendable honestly . look at all of this as going on a first date or blind date for real . Same shit because she is feeling u out to see if she really wants to offer you the chance for a dynamite hot beef injection or just lie there and take it.
