this would have been the Mamasan’s choice, not Tina’s. More than likely Tina had an appointment and Nicole was freed up before Tina’s appointment time so MMS had Nicole take over as not to mess up the scheduled appointment.

You're right, of course, but MMS should not have switched either - and the OP said he had an appointment pre-booked as well.
I suspect MMS and the provider will switch out to who they think will tip best. I used to have a regular girl at a regular place who was extremely popular (both long gone) and I would over-tip by 20-40 to ensure that she always kept my appointment - it worked for years.

This place is so crappy- when I went there for my first time with Tina I got rushed and she kinda smelled really bad despite the fact I made an appointment in advance they did make it up for me at the end by apologizing and giving me back some of my money because of how short they cut my time but it’s a damn shame they still do this to customers- bait and switch is not cool
Did you not see that he only called ten minutes ahead of time. MMS is never going to say someone isn’t there because they want you to go. And he had a good experience anyhow. Look at reviews. 99% of people who go here love it. Tina is their most requested provider. And if I remember correctly, you went on a busy night. Try go from one guy right to the next with maybe 2 minutes to freshen up. So, after servicing guy after guy for hours, do you expect them to look and smell perfect?
The kind of experience you want is NOT an AMP. It’s a an agency. Agencies have more structured booking and plan breaks for the girls between each guy. Your experience was an outlier, not the norm. This OP, even though unhappy, stayed respectful and had still had a good enough experience to recommend her. The one thing he needs to realize is that calling 10 minutes ahead of time is NOT making an appointment. Did he say he would be there in ten? If he just asked if Tina was there, the MMS who doesn’t speak much English will say yes, because she was, and come, because she runs a business. Other businesses do this too. They want you to come in for the Nissan and when it’s out they try and sell you something else. He didn’t give enough time to actually secure an appointment.
But also, let it go. You’re still on this after it’s been a couple of weeks? You had one bad experience, complained, got your money back. Let it go, dude. Just don’t go back to that spa if it made you this upset. There are plenty of others, and you’re just giving other guys more opportunities to have good experiences. Try New Century or Lavender or Hand Healing.
Above all, even if the experience is t great, be like PhillyDog and show respect regardless. If you were understanding and went back again, MMS would have remembered and told the girl you saw next that you were nice, and she would have been more engaging. That will probably be PhillyDog’s next experience, and the more he is understanding , the more the MMS will make sure proper appointments are kept.
Every single one of us has ahead time cut or a subpar experience at a spa and then later had nothing but great experiences because the MMS knows we respect the girls and their business. And since most guys don’t actually care about how much time they get, just that they get what they went for, you’re the guy who came in on a busy night, made a scene, cost them money, and disrespected a provider. Chances are, if the MMS saw you, she’s not going to give the next girl any reason to give you any special treatment…or even engaging at all. They are a busy spa with a good reputation and some rare mishaps. The more you complain about your one bad experience, the more it tells all of us that you were the problem and not the spa.
so, if you want a guaranteed hour and all the whistles, apply to Classy Philly or EPM. Or learn the tricks of getting the best AMP service. Or maybe this just isn’t the hobby for you.
