Why not call the day before, and schedule Tina?

I finally decided to bite the bullet and make the trip down to DDD today, about an hour drive. Called right as I was getting in my car and made an appointment to see Tina. Got there on time an hour later just before noon and the parking area around the house had like 5 cars with one guy just walking in the front door as I was pulling in. Called from my car and sure enough Tina wasn't going to be available for another 30m. Asked if anyone else was available and she asked again that I come back in 30, not sure if it was a miscommunication or they were at max capacity. With the broken appointment plus high traffic I wasn't going to wait around and headed back home - 2 hrs of driving for nothing. This place gets great reviews but I don't think I'll be making that drive down again, a little too popular right now IMO.

There is a Lowe's and Target nearby that you could have wasted some time at. But yeah, this place has become way too popular to reliably get the appointment you want, especially if going for four-hands.

I have a specific day and time I go. I always call a little ahead to set up an appointment and have yet to have an issue. Obviously not everyone has the same work schedules, or are only free certain times. My best piece of advice is to try to avoid Fridays from late afternoon until closing and most of Saturday as well.
