Was your visit last week? When they get busy it's always like that. My recent experience has been that when Lucy is there it's because one of the other women are off.

Just ask for a shower if not offered. I always just do a quick solo stand up. But yes the inconsiderate mongers who just show up without calling is annoying.
When I was there last a walk up came to the door and I know he took a guys appointment by saying he called. But he was never there before and didn't know the spa. 5 minutes later the guy whose appointment he took showed up and had to wait. Please guys call ahead and if they don't pick don't be a dick and keep calling and show up . Have respect for your fellow member.
