Had the same thing happened to me at a well known spa with a much reviewed provider. I asked for a good massage and that is all I got. Inquired at end and she said you asked for a massage and that is what you got.
Threw her $40 and bolted after voicing my displeasure.

Yes I guess there are many factors that contributes to this outcome. She seemed new and younger compare to other providers mentioned here, and me showing up unannounced. But I cleared the cloud at the end and hopefully I can get an appointment with her next time.

I’ve only gone unannounced but pretty early in the day. I’ve only gotten them to go somewhat topless.
