Hard to tell what the positives were.

Positives were it was a great massage given her situation. Was it the best experience? No. Was it the worst? Also no. I have been here over a dozen times and had great sessions so I'm not going to give a no recommendation because of one visit. Was just relating what happened this visit. My fault for not walking out after being double booked, undeniably a common occurrence which we all handle differently. As for my provider, given the closures due to the plandemic I couldn't fault here for wanting or needing to work. Again I could have left at any time. Still a yes Recommendation.

Thanks for the clarification. Maybe a 0-5 scale for the Recommendation box rather than just a binary Yes/No....
