I agree it's a bit high. In fairness though a girl I liked at Mizuki in San Carlos used to expect the same tip for regular HE and just topless. I stopped going once I figured out they were overcharging (it was my first AMP place, so it took me a while to feel out the other options nearby and better pricing).
