Yes but even if they get operated in a hospital for the ones at a strip mall like you said it will cost probably a decent price less for the other ones. The ones that look more real will absolutely cost more.

Just gotta say this , not trying to go into a food thread here but their burgers are top 3 at the rate of under $20. Haven't had it for years and instantly told myself i can't go that long without having it again lol.
