Not to split hairs, but Brazilians are not Latinas - there was a place in North Newark lying that they were Brazilian, but were not.
Wikipedia and ChatGPT both confirm that Brazilians are Latinas So your response is deemed invalid. Nice try, we all regurgitate facts we hear from unverified sources these days lol

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin_Americans#:~:text=It includes 21 countries or,Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico
"
Q: Is Brazil part of Latin America?
A: Yes, Brazil is considered part of Latin America. Latin America is a region in the Americas that includes countries where Romance languages (languages derived from Latin) are spoken, primarily Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Brazil is the largest country in South America and is the only country in the Americas where Portuguese is the official language. Therefore, despite its unique linguistic distinction, Brazil is still considered part of the Latin American region due to its historical, cultural, and geographic ties to the rest of the continent.

The reasons why there is confusion is because Brazilians are so enamored with themselves that they prefer not be grouped under this term. There are many countries in regions like this. For example, Dominicans are part of the Carribean but when eating Dominican food one never says I had a Caribbean meal. But one might say that when eating a Jamaican dish. And thats my TED talk for today.

I think latinas are any country in South America plus Mexico. Central America isn’t Latino because they’re result of the slave trade in the middle 1000s
