This is typical of spas that get "hot". Shorted on time, mediocre service, rushed session, etc. My observations since the spas have re-opened:
1. Most all spas have re-opened ( I predicted 95% would, but I think it is closer to 100%);
2. Most all spas have the same girls that were there previously (that is a surprise to me);
3. HFs have remained the same (although session times have been getting shorter in many spas);
4. Menus have remained the same, and perhaps expanded slightly;
5. Menu prices have remained pretty much the same as before ( The K-girls have been pushing menu prices higher the past few years. The Chinese girls are seeing that and have been pushing for higher tips at many spas).
As a rule of thumb, I do not go to a "hot" spa because the services often are compromised. I went here last week at an unusual time, but banked on it not being busy. It was not. But given the number of Reviews now, I will not go back until good intel suggests things have settled down a lot. I avoid some of my favorites over the years because of this. There are so many options out there for most of us. I am always willing to try a new spa or go back to a spa that has not gotten much attention because I know I will usually have a good session. But only after doing my homework. Set reasonable expectations and you will rarely have disappointments.
