I didn't get a happy ending with Jenny either but there are people here who got one and then some. Helen gave me one every time but she doesn’t follow direction well but is otherwise nice. Word here is she will do more too.

Maybe they only do more for long time regulars?

Well I guess your TIP would not qualify you for entry into "Last Of The Big Time Spenders Club", but I can understand your frustration. You should have instructed her to work on your arms and legs more.
Perhaps she thought you were a cop, and was apprehensive ? You didn't say whether a body shower was available, that always helps to break the ice, and also if ya bring a few "HATS" in she knows you mean business.
