My first visit I didn’t make an appointment and was turned away. I’ve been turned away from an appointment because they were full as well. Maybe it’s because sue is out, but if I can’t be seen even when I take the right steps, I’d rather go somewhere more reliable. Which is a shame because the girls there give good service
