If customers were more like the OP, we would never hear of any up charges from the providers. The standard tip rate is 100, but an extra voluntary 40 for great service is the way it should be. Before gfe was established this is the way I did it since 2015.
If you are already up at a 250 mark for gfe, the extra tip could be considered built into the rate. Even then some of you may be adding extra onto that to.
