Your math is correct, but assumes I would cancel. They're banking I'll just accept it and wait. Also pissed that they didn't proactively reach out to me right away once the 4:00 extended.
And btw, they only offered this compensation after I said I'm leaving.
To be fair, even after I told them I cannot accept their offer today, she promised that my make-up package will be honored in the future. We'll see if they hold up their end of the bargain.

Yes that's weird. They should've imo, asked you if you could wait and if you said no. Tell the 4pm guy only 30 mins available. Instead of assuming all of us are willing to wait and perhaps don't have things to do.

And BTW, I recently had a 45-min session at PH, and then at the ~40-min mark asked if I could extend to 60. I was told no! And rightfully so if someone was right behind me. Even though I'm probably their #3 reviewer on here! (Quality, not quantity).

But it's useful to have the girls get me in and bypass screening pretty much. Midtown is an easier commute for me since I work nearby. Flushing is like I gotta plan out my entry and escape route so I don't get sus.
They ran their operation the same in Flushing house as HappyVIP when I wanted to see Naomi, first come first serve > time slot more than often. I bounced because it was a 40 minute wait. People that frequent Flushing places are willing to wait, that's why they have comfy area to serve customers. I also had to wait 30 minutes for Casey earlier this month when someone blocked off my appointment, but the rest of the rotation that week wasn't good so I stayed.

Nah, I'm not defending it either. But this isn't PH or AL or whatever, they don't have a long consistent set of talent for people to see and review. They have enough clientele that are willing to go to the for flavor of the week. They don't need these reviews to drive them as hard as other places IMHO.
Part of it is the FOMO generated around certain talent and people are more willing to wait in Flushing setups.
