I think this is the place behind RF Faber & Supplies in Lower Paxton Township. Red Wing is a store in the strip mall. The world famous hot dog king is there.

I think that Star Light has it almost right. The title of the review is "Bin's Lower Allen", I take that to mean Lower Allen Township. The LA Shopping Center is across Gettysburg Rd from the LA Twp municipal complex. I have also seen this listed as Kranzel Drive. I think that the place used to be Lin Lin relaxation (or something similar)

No confusion, other than the place doesn’t seem to have a name. It’s owned by the same folks who own Bin’s (or at least was owned by them in the recent past). It is 929 Krantzel Drive in Lower Allen
