No. But from everything I've heard, she was young and did not have honed skills. Plus the many reviews by trusted mongers where she was fooling with her phone instead of focusing on the monger.

I'm just surprised people refer to her as some kind of service queen.

My experience with Jean was the same as the many reviews. Did not have honed skills and she was on her phone in between rounds

She has had mad work done. Like Donna/strawberry. She's old with thin lips. The wrinkles on her small nose are the tell for me.
As far as service she didn't lead at all or offer to. That's fine with me but that's not a service queen off top. Dfk, positions, all good but nothing to write home about

Agree completely in regards to looks and plastic surgery. good idea to look for wrinkles on nose, never paid attention before. I guess I got lucky with service, but I saw her only once so I can’t say if there is any consistency.
