They have Kansai style okonomiyaki. You can google Donburiya Okonomiyaki and it will show up. I would also vote them for a good all around izakaya since they are open late. Hiroshima okonomiyaki you will have to wait for OKONOMI stand to re open at Japan fes or Smorgasburg. Dokodemo in East village is also pretty good for okonomiyaki.

As far as izakaya, yokocho I think fell off the map awhile ago. Many good alternatives for example Rockmeisha in west village (Kyushu style) , Sun Chan uptown (Nagoya style), old favorites RIKI in midtown east. Ushiwakamaru in Chelsea on Friday and Saturday nights hosts an izakaya pop up called Benkei. They also serve sushi late night and it’s Ushiwakamaru quality but at an affordable price ($250 omakase is now around $60-$80).
Yakitori I like O-Taisho on St. Marks. Good bang for the buck but Chikarashi Isso (financial district) is probably the best due to Kono-san leaving Torishin (Michelin Star) to collab with some awesome chefs.
I can go on for days about izakaya and Japanese food
