As an out of state monger (with no local references) how is the screening ?

I saw one provider. I used AMP to research and looked at the websites. Screening could be hard. They will ask for simple stuff. Then for more stuff. A copy of your business card. Then a copy of the drivers license. So ask what that want in total up front. Then confirm and reconfirm. Having a AMP reference could help? Make sure your choice is even working before doing all this. I assume outcall would have less vetting?
