TBH I think they do this type of stuff because they think nothing will happen. Like if there are no consequences then they just do whatever the hell. Consequences in this case, I think, would be getting reprimanded by mms or even fired if necessary. The people running the place should want to preserve the reputation of their business. But oh well.
