Wow - didn't expect to find so much discussion after my review.
No, I'm not a shill, to anyone concerned (I also happen to think healthy skepticism on the boards is generally a good thing, FWIW), and I appreciate the comments in defense of my rep. I'm just a fairly loyal patron. I will confess that some part of that is definitely wanting to bring my business to Mandy. As I've said before, she is a genuinely kind and decent person, but I don't have any outside relationship to her. I don't know her age and haven't asked. I value my own privacy and while age is fairly innocuous, I don't want to go down a slippery slope of digging into her personal life, so it was just an estimate. If she's been working >10 years, I guess 27 would indeed be a little low.
In my own experience, she's not available on request (I have asked), but if someone else is available, the answer has always been 'no', and I get that.
Mandy said there were two new girls, but I didn't see them. I only heard that one of them is 'Tina'.
