Regardless of the confusion, it is pretty disconcerting to see such negative and/or ambivalent reviews on BCT. Clearly a big change from 4-5 months ago. Question is what prompted this: a) was it the providers we liked leaving, or b) is it a change in policy there that subsequently resulted in them leaving.

I am afraid to say that given the new hires and negative reviews that it is more likely the change in policy....
