I'm certain her name is Sally. It's just her pronunciation is funky. From the way she says it, I honestly thought her name was "Shai-Lee". I called and asked if she was there and they corrected me and said Sally.

I called and asked for her and they said she is "on vacation" but will be back. I believe right now it's just Jennifer and Sophie. Tina is no longer there, Sally told me Tina will not be back for some time.
Next time I go in I'll report back here and let you know any updates (if Sally is back, or when she will be back-I'll ask if she's not there yet)

Yes, I have seen Sophie. She's similar to Tina I would say, so you may not be into her much if you were not big on Tina. I like them both, but neither one does BBBJ like Jennifer or Sally.
Also, Sophie's sister Coco is there now and they are nearly twins, the faces are close to identical.
