had a 10pm appointment to see nikki. 1st time going to this place. i got there at 950, texted to let them know i was early and was told "shes not ready till 10pm" i said ok no worries text me when shes ready. fast foward to 1015 and i still never get a text so i texted and another 5 minutes goes by with no answer. i was pissed, it was raining outside and im standing outside like a clown. i then texted i was going home and all i got from them was an "im sorry", no explanation as to why or that she needed more time or etc. classless whomever handles the phone there. ive been around a long time, since the days of pinky at rainbow, when tera was in her prime, gucci, etc.....never got treated like this. ever!!!!

That’s really weird. They are usually always on point at AL. Always great service and on time. Sorry that happened to you.

They are usually on point. But I know they dont open until 10:00am. I never had any issues with early or late appointments.
